THE POSITION: We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic coaches for our multi-sport enrichment program. Amazing Athletes was founded in 2003 and has grown into one of the nation’s largest multi-sport enrichment programs, with over 50,000 kids enrolled each year. New coaches can work 5–25 classes per week, earning $18/hr up to $30/hr. Our programs come with ready-made curriculums and extensive training to help you get up to speed quickly and enjoy working with the kids! Our coaches are open-minded, value feedback, and view coaching as a continuous journey All coaches attend training and follow the Amazing Athletes Coaching Manual & Curriculum THE RESPONSIBILITIES: Deliver engaging sports programs based on the Amazing Athletes curriculum Teach children basic sports skills while emphasizing teamwork and sportsmanship Travel to local preschools, daycares, and community centers to conduct classes Monitor and record each child’s progress while ensuring a safe and fun environment Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, teachers, and facility staff This part-time position offers **flexible hours—primarily in the mornings—**making it a great fit alongside other commitments. THE SCHEDULE Most classes are held during the morning and early afternoon on weekdays. The ideal candidate will have availability during some or all of the following times: Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM THE LOCATION Classes are held at various schools, parks, and recreational centers throughout the area. While assignments are typically clustered within a specific region, coaches must be comfortable traveling and should be willing to drive up to an hour for some locations. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be willing to travel to coach at locations in Nashville, Franklin, Brentwood, Fairview, Thompson Station and Spring Hill Ideally based within 30 minutes of one or more of our service areas Must be willing to undergo fingerprinting and pass a Tennessee comprehensive background check Experience working with children or a background in sports is preferred Must have access to a mobile device for scheduling and class management Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with kids Desire to grow with our expanding team and make a long-term impact Must be available to start immediately, with a few hours of training each week If you're enthusiastic about promoting fitness and sports among young children, apply today to join the Amazing Athletes family! A mid-size local water treatment company is looking for a professional person to manage accounts in the New York City Metropolitan Area. Your role will include: Training with a certified professional. Scheduling and setting work priorities Evaluating and scheduling service for Fortune 500 Accounts. Interfacing with building personnel, general contractors and project managers to identify concerns and maintain good customer relations. Be the key point of contact for the customer, and resolve issues and complaints to customer’s satisfaction as well as provide water treatment expertise to answer questions Ensure that material and equipment are ordered and shipped for clients. Schedule service visits to ensure against down time of water treatment program. Monitor efficiency and quality control of water treatment program. Generate reports on all services, inventory, and concerns. Review reports with management. Obtain and maintain all required training and certifications related to water treatment service Requirements 7G license or pesticide applicators licenses equivalent required Mechanical aptitude; able to learn to use, maintain, and understand equipment and system. Physical ability to carry a 30-pound backpack through the city and climb safe ladders and ability to wear required PPE. Decision making ability Associate degree-Technical (minimum); Environmental or HVAC-related are highly preferred Water Treatment Service Experience preferred. Flexible work hours, including late hours and weekends, but most work takes place during business hours Valid Driver’s License Excellent interpersonal and organization skills, able to maintain and keep information confidential. Must be able to meet deadlines and report information timely and accurately. Computer and time management skills. Ability to work with all levels within the organization. Great customer services skills with a can-do attitude Possess or obtain required training certifications, such as a New York 7G Pesticide Technician certification Ability to attend quarterly in-person staff meetings in New Jersey Ability to use required technology, including, but not limited to Microsoft office, smart phone apps, e-training, and other work-related software Experience navigating NYC highly preferred Benefits Competitive Salary: Salary range starting at $50K to $60K based on experience, valid certifications and training. After the first year, salary will be based on knowledge, capacity, and customer service with a high growth potential.
