You will be instrumental in driving clinical care, guiding strategic growth, and engaging with the community. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for occupational health concerns. Serve as a liaison to the advisory board and lead community integration initiatives. Build and manage partnerships with local employers and develop educational outreach programs. Lead continuous quality improvement (CQI) initiatives and develop clinical protocols. Requirements: Education Master’s Degree in Nursing. National board certification (AANP or ANCC). Experiences Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience. Current NYS Nurse Practitioner license (Family or Adult). Occupational Health experience is preferred. Experience in healthcare program development or administration is a plus. Other Must have an NPI number and Medicare enrollment (or eligibility within 6 months). BLS Certification (AHA or ARC). Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required. Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.
