Track open orders, follow up with vendors, and resolve delivery or quality issues. Support cost control efforts by gathering quotes, analyzing spending, and identifying savings opportunities. Maintain accurate purchasing records, vendor files, and pricing lists. Collaborate with production, operations, and finance to anticipate needs and support new projects. Stay informed on industry trends, material innovations, and supply chain risks.
