The History: Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US. The Position: We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. New Coaches can work at a rate of $20 per hour. Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child is successful and a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment. Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate achievements. Finally, our Coaches have a blast. They are open-minded and know that coaching is a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to continue growing by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual. The Schedule: The majority of classes are held during school hours and on weekends. The Location: Classes are held at schools, parks, and recreational centers. Coaches are expected to travel short distances to class locations around Delaware County and surrounding areas.
