ShareFull time/ Part time: Full time Regular/ Seasonal: Regular Pay Rate: $24.00/hour The Warehouse and Escalation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities and timely response to escalations. This role requires a high degree of independence, accountability, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working without direct supervision, completing tasks accurately, and submitting clear reports of completed work. A critical part of the role is monitoring and responding to urgent escalations within 90 minutes to support service reliability. Requirements Manage charging infrastructure to ensure reliability and efficiency. Unload vans from the previous shift and process all equipment and materials. Load and prepare vans for the upcoming shift to ensure readiness. Monitor and respond to all urgent escalations within 90 minutes. Oversee battery life cycle management, including rotation and replacement. Assist with cycle counts to support accurate inventory tracking. Refuel vans as needed to maintain operational readiness. Maintain van cleanliness and complete basic upkeep. Perform rideable triage to quickly assess and resolve equipment issues. Conduct regular equipment audits to ensure compliance and operational integrity. Possess a valid and active driver's license. The ability to lift 75 lbs. The ability to bend, stoop, and stand for long periods. Must be 18 years or older. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
