The Appliance Repair Technician will be responsible for repairing and maintaining a range of appliances, including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and various other home appliances. The candidate should have a background in electrical and mechanical engineering and should have strong troubleshooting skills. They should have a keen eye for detail and be able to follow a systematic approach to repair appliances. Responsibilities Troubleshooting and diagnosing a range of home appliances including refrigerators, ovens, stovetops, washing machines, dryers, and other appliances Carrying out repairs, maintenance, and install for appliances according to manufacturer's specifications Providing accurate quotes and estimates to clients for the repair work required Ordering and sourcing necessary parts for repairs Maintaining accurate records of all repairs and parts used Liaising with clients on a regular basis to keep them informed about the status of repair work Providing recommendations to clients on maintenance of their appliances Maintain accurate records of all work orders, materials, and time spent on each job on provided portal Requirements Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a reliable, punctual attitude!
