Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a Director of Nursing Program Overview: A strategic and experienced nursing leader is needed to oversee all aspects of a dynamic Nursing Program. This role is responsible for the program's academic quality, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and student success. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative leader with a strong background in nursing education, administration, and clinical practice. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive leadership for the nursing program, including curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation. Ensure full compliance with all Board of Nursing rules, regulations, and accreditation standards; manage all reporting, self-studies, and site visits. Develop, manage, and evaluate all program budgets; oversee supplies and equipment. Serve as the primary liaison for clinical sites; develop and maintain educational partnerships and contracts. Oversee the clinical site evaluation process, ensuring safety and adequate resources to meet course objectives. Lead the faculty and staff recruitment, hiring, orientation, and development processes. Oversee the student admission process, orientation, and academic advising. Develop and update program policies, procedures, and handbooks (faculty and student). Manage student appeals and grievances per policy. Organize and lead Nursing Advisory Committee meetings. Monitor and report on key program metrics including student performance, NCLEX pass rates, and job placement. Act as a program advocate and marketer within the community and the college. Requirements: Education Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university. Degree must include coursework in Nursing, Education, or Administration. Experiences Must hold a current, unencumbered RN license in the state. 2+ years of experience in an administrative leadership position. 2+ years of teaching experience in pre-or post-licensure nursing programs. 2+ years of experience as a registered nurse providing direct patient care. Other Proven experience in supervision, strategic planning, and budget preparation. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership skills with a collaborative, team-oriented style. Ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people and institutions. Proficient in utilizing computer-based resources and software. Committed to promoting diversity and inclusion. Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 20 pounds. Compensation and Benefits: Salary $90,000 - $100,000 Per Year Schedule: Full-time Work arrangement: On-site
