Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a CNC Programmer/Operator - Swiss Machines Overview: Our client, a stable and growing OEM machining company in the New Lisbon, Wisconsin area, is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer/Operator. The role is critical to their production team, operating state-of-the-art Swiss CNC machines in a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Program, set up, and operate Swiss CNC lathes. Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment. Perform quality inspections on finished products using precision measuring tools. Requirements: Education: A technical degree or certification in CNC Machining or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Experiences: 2+ years of hands-on experience programming and operating Swiss CNC machines. A stable and solid work history is required. Other: Must be a United States citizen or a permanent Green Card holder. Must reside within a 45-minute commute of New Lisbon, Wisconsin. This is an on-site, full-time position; remote work is not available. No relocation assistance is provided. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: Up to $26 per hour (approximately $54,080 annually based on a 40-hour week). Benefits: Full benefits package (typical includes health, dental, vision insurance, etc.). Permanent, W-2 employment status. Schedule: Full-time: First Shift: 8 hours/day, 5 days/week.
