Ash & Harris Executive Search is looking for a 2nd Shift Maintenance Coordinator / Multi-Craft Technician Overview: A leading, established manufacturer with a dominant market share and an excellent working culture is seeking a Maintenance Coordinator / Multi-Craft Technician for its 2nd shift. This critical role, open due to an upcoming retirement, focuses heavily on the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of hydraulic, pneumatic, and valve systems within a die-cast production environment. The ideal candidate will be both a hands-on technician and a coordinator for the maintenance team. Key Responsibilities: Maintain, service, and troubleshoot production equipment and site property. Perform adjustments and mechanical/electrical repairs on machinery in a safe, efficient manner. Troubleshoot, replace, and rebuild hydraulic and pneumatic valves. Coordinate the work and assignments of other maintenance technicians on the shift. Diagnose issues within pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems. Troubleshoot electrical systems and repair equipment, fixtures, and systems. Requirements: Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Experiences: 2-4 years of related multi-craft maintenance experience and/or training. Proven experience troubleshooting, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic and pneumatic valves. Demonstrated experience troubleshooting pneumatic and hydraulic logic systems. Strong background in the troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment repair. Prior experience coordinating the work of other maintenance technicians is required. Other: Ability to work effectively on a team and lead coordination efforts. Strong problem-solving and mechanical aptitude. Compensation and Benefits: Salary: A highly competitive and attractive hourly rate. Overtime is paid at time-and-a-half.
