Administer medication, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by the physician. Monitor patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team. Assist with activities of daily living and provide emotional support to patients and their families. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and complete medical records using web-based electronic medical records system. Requirements Active LPN License. Current BLS Certification. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order. The following qualifications are preferred, but not required:Three (3) years nursing experience, and (1) year prior professional nursing experience in a community/home health or medical/surgical setting.
