We provide emergency road service throughout Whatcom county to most of the major insurance companies including AAA, Geico, Allstate, Farmers and many many others. The job offers a chance to drive around our beautiful area helping the people who live in Bellingham, and our visitors from all over, get to the rest of their day in a timely and friendly manor. We can train on every aspect of the job, company vehicle and equipment are provided. It is important to us that we are a great place to work and that we are able to provide our customers with the help they need. Currently looking to fill 4 - 10 hour days, Saturday-Tuesday 9AM-7Pm. What you'll do: Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and help them find the perfect card or gift. Process sales: Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions with a smile. Maintain the shop: Keep the store clean, tidy, and beautifully merchandised, ensuring our products are always presented at their best. Manage inventory: Help with receiving, organizing, and restocking products. Creative tasks: Assist with creating displays, and other fun, creative projects.

Henderson Books in downtown Bellingham needs a friendly, reliable and knowledgeable person for a full-time position. Bookselling experience is not necessary but prior retail experience is helpful. Lots of experience as a reader of books is a must. Employees must have the ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Employees must be able and willing to climb tall ladders (carefully and safely). Shift available is Wednesday thru Sunday (38 hrs). This job is not appropriate for current students and the hours are not negotiable. BONUS STORES - $25   -  average 30 min in store NEED REPS FOR FLOOR AUDITS! DEADLINE IS .3/31/25  Can be completed any time during store open hours.  No pre-call required.  Full instruction will be provided PHG needs reps to visit retail chain stores to perform audits on their floor care.  Reps will need to do a short interview with the manager, walk around main store and aisles to evaluate and take photos of flooring as an indicator of what is needed to keep the floors at peak appearance. They will also need to visit the janitor's area and get photos of their mop supplies and floor chemicals. Travel pay can be discussed at scheduling if distance involved  Reporting/photos into client's new CMX1 App or Website must be within 24 hrs of visit. PHG needs reps to INSTALL  2 Cleaning Solution Dispensers in the Planet Fitness stores in MA/VT/NH during the Week of 8/4 - or some possibly week of 8/11.  Monday Through Friday 9am to 5 pm. Pay is $25 per hour onsite and mileage can be discussed at scheduling based on distance. Takes approx. 1.5 hours per location.  Store schedule will need to be provided to client once scheduled. Tools required: Cordless Drill with all bit types including concrete and basic hand tools Reporting Required to be completed in client app with photos. And hours also reported online at PHG site for pay processing. Full instruction for install and reporting will be provided. There are multiple locations in MA/NH/VT - full list can be provided at scheduling to best fit your geographic location for possible additional stores.
