We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our team. As the KM, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and efficiency. Your main responsibilities will include managing and leading the kitchen staff, developing and maintaining food preparation processes, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. You will also collaborate closely with the Restaurant General Manager and front-of-house team to ensure seamless communication and coordination between the kitchen and dining areas.
