About this role:
Document Crunch is seeking a Marketing Operations Manager to join our amazing, tight-knit team. In this role, you'll be responsible for architecting, implementing, and optimizing our marketing technology stack to drive efficiency, automation, and alignment between marketing and sales. This position blends technical expertise, process optimization, and strategic thinking to support our Go-To-Market efforts and fuel long-term business growth in our B2B SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Technology Stack Management:
Manage and optimize our marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, LeanData, and other integrated platforms
Lead technical implementation of system integrations between marketing automation, CRM, and other tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Calendly, etc.)
Execute API integrations and troubleshoot technical issues across platforms
Evaluate and implement new marketing technology solutions to support scalability
Marketing Automation & Workflow Management:
Design and implement automated lead workflows, email sequences, and campaign triggers
Build and maintain lead scoring models and segmentation strategies
Conduct regular system audits, resolve sync errors, and optimize workflow performance
Manage lead routing and attribution processes through LeanData and other routing tools
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain data quality and integrity across marketing and sales platforms
Build and maintain dashboards in HubSpot, Salesforce, and BI tools (Tableau/Metabase)
Implement tracking and attribution for marketing campaigns across the funnel
Support data governance policies and ensure clean data flow between systems
Cross-Functional Support:
Collaborate with sales and revenue operations teams on process optimization
Provide technical support and training to marketing team members
Support marketing campaign execution through technical implementation and troubleshooting
Requirements
Skill Set:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
6+ years of marketing operations experience within high-growth B2B SaaS companies
Proven track record of implementing automation solutions that drive efficiency in enterprise sales cycles
Deep expertise with Hubspot for marketing automation and strong knowledge of Salesforce and LeanData for enterprise lead routing and attribution, along with Tableau or Metabase
Experience with API integrations and data mapping between marketing and sales platforms
Strong understanding of database architecture, data cleansing, and segmentation techniques
Deep understanding of the enterprise B2B sales process and how marketing operations can support it
Experience aligning marketing automation with enterprise sales motions and account-based strategies
Knowledge of SQL and experience with business intelligence tools (preferred)
Experience with product-led growth (preferred)
