Dog found - perro encontre (Port Hueneme)

C street and Pleasant Valley Small black dog found, no tags, small terrier mix about 15/20 lbs, very dirty when we found her yesterday afternoon, she also had very dirty a shirt on - email message me her name & what was on the shirt to prove this is your dog. We gave her a good bath and fed her. White tuxedo mark on her chest, very little white/grey fur on chin. Does not seem to know any tricks/commands in English or Spanish
