FOUND: Small parrot / bird (lovebird?), N Jarrett St & N Concord Ave (Overlook)

FOUND: Small parrot (rosy-faced lovebird?) at the intersection of of N Jarrett St and N Concord Ave. Found Friday, September 19th around 7:00pm. This little friend literally flew from a tree and landed on me as I was crossing the street!
