Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in civil litigation—from discovery through trial—and be comfortable managing a caseload independently while working in a collaborative environment. Requirements Key Responsibilities Manage a docket of civil litigation cases from intake to resolution, including employment law, personal injury, and business litigation. Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, settlement negotiations, and trial. Appear in state and federal courts as well as administrative agencies. Conduct legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, motions, and briefs. Collaborate with legal support staff and partners to ensure deadlines and litigation strategies are executed efficiently. Maintain regular communication with clients and provide strategic legal counsel throughout the litigation process. Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas. 3+ years of litigation experience (employment law, torts, or civil rights cases preferred). Strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. Experience with case management systems and litigation software. Ability to manage multiple deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work independently. Preferred Qualifications Trial experience (first or second chair). Experience with cases involving sexual harassment, assault, or civil rights. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
