The goal of the FHSP is to secure quality affordable housing for extremely vulnerable Angelenos. Brilliant Corners, the central coordinating community-based partner for FHSP, works to secure a broad range of housing options, including individual apartments, blocks of units, and entire buildings. Brilliant Corners identifies and secures units Countywide, provides move-in assistance and rental subsidy disbursements, coordinates with case managers, and assists with neighborhood relations.  Position Summary: Under the direction of the Contracts Manager, the Contracts Supervisor plays a key role as a member of the Project Based Voucher (PBV) Pipeline and Portfolio Team. The Contracts Supervisor will assist the team in procuring permanent supportive housing rent units in the County of Los Angeles and in surrounding areas. Additionally, the role will support the Contracts Manager with processing and tracking agreements, including but not limited to, corresponding with property providers, working closely with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance and quality assurance across the FHSP PBV Portfolio. The Contracts Supervisor will support with procurement and contract administration, including but not limited to, application review, site assessments, drafting and sending contract notices to property providers, amending agreements when necessary, and serving as an internal liaison to the Property Related Tenant Services and the Operations departments on an as-needed basis. The Contracts Supervisor may assist in hiring and supervising Pipeline Team staff, as need arises. Key Responsibilities: Assist with the procurement process for new project-based supportive housing units, including drafting RFPs, reviewing applications, issuing awards, and participating in site visits. Draft, issue, and manage contract notices, amendments, and extensions in alignment with program policies. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper contract execution, compliance, and communication with property providers. Monitor and maintain accurate records of all agreements using Salesforce, Box, and other data systems. Supervise Pipeline Team staff, as needed. Position Summary  The Nautilus Solar Energy Associate General Counsel, Real Estate will play an essential role in supporting, managing, and advising on the legal aspects of real estate and site control matters for NSE’s solar projects throughout all stages of development, financing, and operations. This position will be a key member of the legal team.  The position reports to the Chief Legal Administrative Officer (and may report to interim managers).
