We are seeking an experienced project manager for our office in Albuquerque, NM. Candidates must be creative, energetic, self-motivated, possess strong communication and critical thinking skills, as well as the ability to take personal initiative in their work environment. Candidates must have a well-rounded skillset, enjoy working in a team setting, and the ability to guide support staff. An undergraduate or graduate degree from an accredited landscape architecture program is required, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and MS Office software. Takes an active role in new business development by performing quality production work to build strong relationships with existing clients.   Requirements Education Bachelor’s or master’s in landscape architecture, Planning or Urban Planning from a four-year, accredited university. Experience       Typically, 7+ years of experience in landscape architectural design or planning.  Strong skills in the application of Autodesk, Adobe and LandFX products. Understand approval and permitting process for landscape architectural and planning projects. Strong skills in site development, early schematic planning, and preparing conceptual design documents.
