In need of a Maintenance Person for a Large size Mini Self Storage Company (approx 750 units.) The right individual will possess a number of different skills including but not limited to.. Making Various Repairs on buildings and units, removing locks, mowing a small patch of Lawn, trimming shrubs, plus the removal of any weeds. Basically, keeping the grounds/property on point and presentable at all times. This job may also involve some heavy lifting. General cleaning and maintenance of this property is your main mission and to provide a safe secure environment for our staff and tenants. You should possess the basic knowledge of operating power tools/ hand tools as well. The person hired will also be trained for Light office work with a basic knowledge of how to take payments when needed. This Position is Approx 35 hours per week and pay is $16.66 per hour.
