We're seeking an experienced stable hand to help out at our English, hunter-jumper show barn just outside of Watsonville. The job is Saturday and Sunday 8:30 - 4:30. Tasks are: Feeding hay and grain, cleaning 12 stalls a day, putting the horses on the exerciser, then turning the horses out into the pastures, maintaining the facility, doing laundry, helping with projects and doing grooming. Driver/Laborer Position: This is a landscape construction position driving and working labor on job sites. Starting pay from $24-$27, depending on experience. Requirements:  Experience in the landscaping field (maintenance or construction)  Must have own transportation to start. Ability to take company vehicle home after 30 days.  CA Drivers License for 5 years and a clean driving record  Regularly lift up to 80 lbs.  Safely use landscaping tools, both hand and power tools.  Punctual, conscientious, honest and reliable  Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) Some English is mandatory. Driver responsibilities include but are not limited to: -Maintain a clean and safe vehicle Report all services, like oil changes, new tires, brake work, that need to be completed to Project Manager. This includes but is not limited to: Demo work, hauling, soil moving, digging, moving materials around a site, planting, irrigation work, ect. Basically any work onsite that needs to be completed and you are asked to do by the job supervisor.
