Maintenance & Repairs: Diagnose and fix issues with building systems like plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Perform routine upkeep and preventive maintenance to avoid problems. Make repairs and installations of appliances and fixtures. Respond to emergency calls and address urgent issues.
