Position Overview: We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance / Power Washing Technician to join our team. This field-based role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, thrives outdoors in varying weather conditions, and takes pride in maintaining clean, safe environments. What You’ll Do: Perform power washing and cleaning of: Tractors, trailers, and other vehicles Sidewalks, entryways, and building exteriors Commercial windows and glass surfaces Ensure quality results using proper techniques and equipment Maintain equipment and follow safety procedures Provide excellent service while interacting with clients onsite Work independently or with a team to complete assignments in a timely manner What You Bring: High School Diploma or equivalent A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Experience in pressure washing, detailing, or custodial work (preferred) Comfort using tablets or smartphones to log work Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions Good communication and customer service skills Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Additional Info: This is an outdoor, physically active role Background check required Other duties may be assigned as needed Contact Bryan Crawford at (717) 980-6701
