Evening Cleaning Supervisor (Baton Rouge)

Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor Pay Rate: $15.00 – $19.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday, with some weekends as needed About the Role: We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Cleaning Operations Supervisor to oversee day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple sites. This role is key in making sure our teams deliver high-quality service and that each client location is well supported. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed site walk-throughs to ensure quality standards are met Handle hiring, onboarding, and training of cleaning staff Manage site assignments and employee drop-offs as needed Support staff with supplies and problem-solving during shifts Maintain communication with management and clients regarding needs or issues Track time and performance to ensure efficiency Receive a gas allowance for travel between sites Qualifications: Previous experience in cleaning/janitorial services is a must with 2 years experience (supervisory experience preferred) Strong organizational and communication skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends Able to pass a background check Why Join Us?
