We are seeking a reliable and skilled Property Maintenance Technician to handle ongoing upkeep, cleaning, landscaping, and minor repair work at four small multi-family properties in New Brunswick. This role combines routine property maintenance with on-call availability for urgent issues. Responsibilities: Exterior upkeep: manage trash/recycling bins, sweep porches, remove litter weekly Landscaping: lawn mowing, weed removal, leaf cleanup (spring/fall), snow shoveling & ice melt (winter) Handyman tasks: minor plumbing, carpentry, electrical, fixture replacements, paint touch-ups, drywall repair, filter/battery changes, mounting/installations Respond to urgent property issues (lockouts, leaks, broken locks, etc.) in a timely manner Schedule & Availability: Routine cleaning/grounds: Weekly + monthly tasks Landscaping/snow removal: As needed, seasonal On-call availability for emergencies (response time expected within 2–4 hours for emergencies, 24 hours for non-urgent issues)
