Job Summary A Project Specialist is responsible for cleaning floors, stripping, waxing, general floor and carpet care to maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the flooring. Project Specialist provides superior cleaning services onsite at Carlson client locations under limited supervision and works in a collaborative relationship with other Carlson Building Maintenance team members. Project Specialist are also candidates for future Supervisors and Managers. Millage and time is paid when traveling between store locations Job Tasks: • Traveling to different stores to perform cleaning and waxing projects • Strip and wax floors and cleans carpeting. • Responsible for projects assigned by Manager and Supervisors. • Training of new employees. • Fill in for absent employees. • Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: Ability to work nights Availability to work on weekends Reliable transportation is a must Willing to travel around Cleveland and surrounding area Physical Demands: Ability to regularly lift 45 pounds. Ability to push and pull floor cleaning equipment over concrete, tile and carpeted floors. Must possess sufficient physical strength, ability and stamina to perform a variety of janitorial tasks related to care of floors. Ability to work with a variety of cleaning products. Ability to work night shift and/or very early morning hours as dictated by the needs of the position. Vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. Plumber job duties include but not limited to the following: Full service plumbing duties. Drainage, Sewer, Water Heater, Septic Repair etc. Experience required. Laborer job duties include but not limited to the following: Assisting technicians on job sites in any and all capacities necessary. Retrieving materials for job sites from van, shop or supply houses. Disposing of used materials. Digging, backfilling & compacting holes. Operating jackhammer for concrete/asphalt removal. Working under houses and inside of attics. Shop maintenance including sweeping, mowing, pruning, disposing of garbage. Assisting with vehicle maintenance and repairs, washing vehicles, changing oil etc. Requirements: Must have a clean CA driver's license. Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have a strong work ethic. Must reside within 20 miles of Napa. Positions will be paid depending on experience. Overtime is available.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mechanic to join our Sport Car Racing team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of various purpose built race cars, car towing vehicles/equipment, and mechanic shop machinery. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, natural leadership qualities, be self-driven, and have a commitment to safety and professionalism on and off the race track. Duties: *Strong time management to ensure timely and effective repairs. *Perform diagnostic tests using standard tools to correctly identify mechanical issues. *Help develop and implement maintenance schedules to maintain and prevent towing equipment failures. *Perform weekly shop cleaning procedures as described in the shop manual. *Train and mentor junior mechanics and race-day contractors on best practices for repair and maintenance. *Maintain timely and accurate records of repairs, maintenance activities, and inventory of parts. *Request purchase orders from various vendors for needed parts. *Ensure compliance with team safety regulations and race track policies during all operations. *Drive race car trailer to designated racing or promotional events. Requirements: *Proven experience as a mechanic with a strong understanding of mechanical systems. Volkswagen AG experience preferred. *Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, including an ohmmeter. *Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. *Natural leadership capabilities. *Effective and professional communication skills for collaboration with team members and outside vendors. *Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks. *High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in mechanics or related fields are a plus.
