North County construction company that specializes in structural repairs, roofing, solar, stucco, drywall, and miscellaneous property damage repairs is looking to hire motivated, intelligent and capable individuals with the skills and knowledge required to assist current employees perform their jobs in an efficient manner. Stucco and/or drywall experience is a plus. Requirements • Ability to listen, read and comprehend any task given. • Assist senior employees with tasks in order to maintain job production. • Have basic knowledge of materials commonly used on construction sites. • Operate basic power tools such as saws and drills. • Provide physical duties to include accessing ladders, scaffolding, roof tops, bending, stooping, lifting, and basic material handling • Must have good communication skills • Must have valid CA Driver’s License and a clean driving record • Must have reliable personal transportation as job sites vary in location What we expect This position comes with the expectations that you are a hard-working individual. The type of person who takes pride in their work and is accountable for the work they produce. We expect that an employee will be available Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm with opportunity for overtime. Maintain quality workmanship within a timely manner while maintaining proper safety practices.
