Job description: Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Delivery / Warehouse Worker to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our products are delivered efficiently and safely to our customers while also managing warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have experience in both delivery driving and warehouse environments. Duties: Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks, to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Read invoices to pull orders together. Navigate routes effectively and efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules. Utilize warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks for moving heavy items. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and any discrepancies. Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns professionally. Assist with inventory management in the warehouse, including stock organization and restocking as needed. Perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as required, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Qualifications: Previous experience in a warehouse setting is preferred but not required. Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier, demonstrating reliability and punctuality is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Familiarity with route driving and logistics is advantageous. Knowledge of operating forklifts or other warehouse machinery is a plus but not required; training may be provided. We are looking for a Construction Carpenter to join our team in East Petersburg, PA! This role will report directly to the jobsite Foreman or Superintendent and requires strict adherence to all Warfel safety rules and regulations, including any site-specific necessities. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, beginning at 7:00 AM through 3:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Occasional Saturday work and overtime may be required. Travel to and from the jobsite varies; reliable transportation is required. Requirements Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Fit and install prefabricated window frames, doors, HM door frames (knock down and welded), weather stripping, interior and exterior trim, and finish hardware. Install, align, imbed miscellaneous metal and specialty items, such as handrails, bearing plates, lintels, fire extinguishers, bathroom accessories, and various other tasks. Erect scaffolding and ladders for work on structures above ground level Use of appropriate hand tools. Building layout, wood & metal framing, layout and installation of blocking, installing cabinets, and trim and casing. Perform a variety of tasks involving dexterous use of hands and tools, such as selective demo, sawing lumber, dismantling forms, removing projections from concrete, and cut and attach insulating material. Will be required to assist other carpenters or Warfel employees in the performance of their duties. May be required to operate hand and power tools as well as operate company equipment and vehicles. Ability to supply basic tools required for the position (such as tool box, hammer, nail bag, etc). A full list will be provided during interviews.
