Guardian has an immediate need for a Maintenance Assistant to join our experienced and committed team at Stillwater Crossing! We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Maintenance Assistant to support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property. A Maintenance Assistant’s primary role is to assist and support in the required cleaning and minor property maintenance necessary to maintain curb appeal and the overall appearance and quality of the property/ies listed above. This will include processing work orders as assigned by the Community Manager/s and/or Maintenance Lead/Supervisor/s which may include routine maintenance of property/ies and apartment units. This position is responsible for ensuring that all maintenance work is done in compliance with OSHA regulations and Guardian policies and procedures. We need a reliable cleaner with reliable transportation that wants to work 5-7 days a week from May-September, and reducing to 3 days a week, and even 1 day a week in the off-season. We clean seven restrooms in a park setting. It requires between 5-7 hours per day in peak season, somewhat less in the off-season.

We are offering a new job position for a full-time Maintenance Person at Mt. Vista Mobile Park. Manage irrigation which includes repairing broken water lines and broken sprinklers. This includes maintenance of 2 irrigation pumps and water flow to the pond. Park Maintenance, which includes mowing roughly 6 acres, weeding, edging, and other projects. We also have a park-provided yard debris trailer that will need to be emptied regularly at the landfill. Storage Unit Lockouts and cleanouts. Seasonal projects come up to be done there as well. Must have a truck to haul yard debris trailer to the dump. Helping Management with serving notices to tenants.
