So we are in need of some hard-working, time-oriented, passionate people in our crew. *Students can also apply if they have an understanding of the work* *Age should be 18+* Position: Independent Contractor / Skilled Handyman Job Type: Full-time / Part-time / Contract Location: Pay: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per week Property preservation work may include but is not limited to: ● Inspections ● Winterization ● Lock Changes ● Debris Removal ● Lawn Maintenance ● Snow Removal ● Janitorial Services ● Board-Ups ● Submitting Bids for Minor & Major Repairs ● Completing Minor & Major Repairs ● Electronic completion and Submission of documentation ● Taking clear pictures. Requirements: ✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation ✔ Own necessary tools and equipment (ladders, power tools, lawn equipment, etc.) ✔ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work ✔ Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently ✔ Valid SSN, EIN, or business license (ABC Number) . is committed to maintaining a transparent payment policy & make sure our contractors are getting paid weekly on time with the exact amount of work order calculations and the amount. We also provide direct customer service for any payment questions & queries.
