ShareBrake & Clutch is looking for a full-time Warehouse / Yard Lead Operator in Salem, MA. We are a full-line truck equipment distributor specializing in vehicle-mounted snow plows, ice control equipment, truck bodies and mobile hydraulics. We are a growing, family-owned business that invests in our employees through generous benefits and training. Responsibilities: • Load and unload trailer trucks. • Maintain Yard and Warehouse. Receive and stock inventory. Ensure warehouse is secure, organized and inventory is accurate. • Fulfill orders from pick tickets and ensure order fulfillment accuracy. • Operate a forklift. • Supervise forklift operations. • FIFO inventory rotation. Qualifications: • Warehouse experience • Forklift certified experience • Self-motivated with ability to create best practices • Excellent organizational and communication skills • Ability to work with a team • Ability to lift and move approximately 50 lbs. with appropriate assistance • Must have valid driver’s license with clean driving record. • Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
