Small Fleet Mechanic (Medina)

EXPERIENCED MAINTENANCE PERSON Commercial Real Estate Investment firm seeking the right candidate to work alongside existing employees, maintaining and improving commercial properties in the Los Angeles area, primarily Downtown and Koreatown. The candidate will perform a variety of repairs and maintenance including plumbing, minor electrical, drywall, painting, flooring, sweeping and cleaning, landscape work, roof repairs and minor construction. The successful candidate: Must possess a California driver’s license and maintain current auto insurance. Must possess a reliable vehicle (a truck or van). Must be able to speak and write in English. Bilingual with Spanish is a plus. Must be able to pass a Background Check. Must be reliable with a strong work ethic. Must maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Must provide documentation of legal authorization to work in the United States. Although very rare, must be able to work weekends or overtime if needed. Compensation depends on knowledge and experience. Excellent benefits include paid vacation, vehicle allowance, contribution towards employee’s medical insurance plan and participation in a 401k plan.
