Maintenance Under the direction of the Property Manager, or other appropriate administrative staff, the position is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of buildings, grounds and equipment; including the development of a preventative maintenance plan, urgent repairs and general carpentry work. Should be proactive by making periodic inspections of the property, diagnoses problems, and initiate the necessary action.
