GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION and REQUIREMENTS: Established Facility Services company has some new projects coming on board and is seeking QUALIFIED, EXPERIENCED, SERIOUS and RELIABLE Maintenance Tech/Handyman for the upcoming jobs. Will handle regular service calls, painting, projects, remodeling and construction tasks. REQUIREMENTS: > MUST speak English AND Spanish. > MUST be 25 years of age or older and able to legally work in US. > Have a valid and clean driver's license and able to pass background and drug screen. > Availability to occasionally travel within Florida would be a PLUS. > Experienced and able to personally handle Repair and Maintenance Service Calls. > Able to work individually and as part of a team on service calls and projects. > Ability to respond to client locations to assess and resolve maintenance and service issues. > Ability to be "on-call" for emergencies when needed. > Ability to be flexible with schedule. Some of our work must be scheduled and done after 5PM or weekends when clients are closed. GOOD STARTING SALARY AND BENEFITS: > Starting wage of $18.00 to $20.00 an hour. Increases depending on experience, salary history and qualifications. > Uniform shirts. > Free direct deposit every 2 weeks. > When traveling, Company provides company vehicle, pays for hotel and meals.
