Forklift Operator Our Client is a contract packer or co-packer, co-packs ready to drink beverage products in aluminum cans ranging from juices, energy drinks, teas and carbonated soda drinks in a wide variety of aluminum can sizes. Summary The Forklift Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a forklift in the warehouse as well as loading and unloading trucks. This position ensures all transactions are accurately entered into the existing ERP, moves materials both physically and in the ERP system to ensure location accuracy and will stage materials for other teams. Shift(s): Mon – Fri, 7am - 3:30pm Rotating 12hour Day Shift 6am - 6:30pm (2,2,3 schedule) Wed-Sun 6am-2:30pm Fri-Tues 6am-2:30pm Pay: Base up to $23/hr - for well-qualified candidates! Shift differential for certain shits and you can earn $25/hr. MUST have recent forklift experience! Duties • Moves lever and presses pedals to drive truck and control movement of lifting apparatus. Inspecting the forklift before initial use. Fill and maintain all propane tanks and accessories. • Reviews production schedules and related information and confers with department supervisors to determine material requirements to identify overdue materials and to track material • Requisitions material and establishes sequential delivery dates to departments, according to job order priorities and material availability • Examines material delivered to production departments to verify conformance to specifications • Arranges in-plant transfer of materials to meet production schedules. Computes amount of material required to complete job orders • Compiles and maintains manual or computerized records such as material inventory, in process production reports, and status and location of materials • Moves or transports materials from one department to another. Landscaper Foreman Needed I am seeking a skilled and organized Landscape Foreman with at least 1 year experience in Landscaping Installation, not mowing. CLEAN LICENSE NEEDED IF LOOKING TO BE A FOREMAN! I need a knowledgeable person who knows how to speak to customers and field superintendents (at my subdivisions) with confidence and someone who is knowledgeable with plants, trees, shrubs, and can help dig holes, etc. Main job will be to keep track of some scheduling, installing landscape packages, schedule crews to job sites, managing plants and sod orders, accept calls from our customers, estimate proposals for future work....etc. I only need someone who takes pride in their work. You will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies, setting up mitigation equipment, assisting with mold remediation, and other related tasks. Travel is required throughout the state. Responsibilities: Set up and monitor mitigation equipment (dehumidifiers, air movers, etc.) Perform water extraction, structural drying, and mold remediation tasks. Assist with tarp installations and shrink wrap services. Read and interpret moisture readings and basic plans. Handle contaminated materials safely and follow safety guidelines. Maintain equipment and work areas clean and organized. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience in water mitigation, mold remediation, construction, or specialized cleaning (preferred but not required). IICRC certifications in WRT or AMRT are a plus. Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in wet, humid, or contaminated environments. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Availability for flexible hours and emergency calls. This is a 1099 contractor role. Candidates must reside in North Carolina or Florida and be available to travel within both states.
