Landscape Maintenance Leader & Laborer (Grover Beach)

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader and Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of landscapes for commercial properties. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine maintenance on lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas (mowing, edging, blowing, raking). Prune shrubs and trees. Weed and mulch planting beds. Operate and maintain landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, etc.). Follow daily schedules and job orders as assigned. Ensure safety procedures are followed at all times. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior landscaping or grounds maintenance experience is a plus. Knowledge of plants, turf care, and landscape tools/equipment. Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Valid driver’s license & clean driving record is a must Preferred Qualifications: Experience with irrigation systems. Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus. Compensation: Hourly Rate: based on experience. Benefits: Vacation pay after 1 year Retirement & health insurance options available after qualifying period Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (starting time between 5am-7am) Overtime work may be required during peak seasons.
