We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Operations Lead to take charge, mentor, and develop entry-level field staff into Team Leads and Team Managers—setting the standard for excellence while positioning UPSI to become an employee-owned company. Key Responsibilities: -Lead, manage, and develop team members across multiple departments to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety. -Mentor and train staff, building a culture of accountability, reliability, and high performance. -Collaborate with management to implement processes, solve challenges, and drive continuous improvement. -Oversee jobs and projects to ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met. -Act as the liaison between field staff and management, demonstrating ownership and strategic thinking in all decisions. Requirements: -Proven experience in property services, facilities management, or a related operational leadership role. -Strong adaptability, reliability, and organizational skills. -Ability to lead diverse teams and motivate staff to meet and exceed expectations. -Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. -Minimum age 25 (auto insurance requirement). -Valid CA driver’s license for roles involving driving. -Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs. as needed. *Willingness to learn our work from the ground up.
