A few hard zero tolerance rules: We often work in restricted-access residential communities with noise ordinances. Vehicles must be kept clean, and vehicle music must be turned down before approaching gate access. No headphones. Don't even ask. Music will be on the jobsite speakers when permitted. This is one of the most dangerous jobs in the world. Full awareness of your surroundings is required and is the only way to ensure we all get home safely. Stay off your phone during working hours.
