We are a Premier "Labor Only" or "Pack-and-Load" Moving Service (We do not provide moving trucks). 12+ Years bringing 5-Star Service to our customers in PDX Metro, Vancouver, and all other surrounding areas.. Known Benefits: Freedom of scheduling Mon-Sun. Cash tips and other generous offerings from our satisfied customers. Constant paid exercise, 4 out of 5 days involve stairs for us movers. Different people/places/things everyday to see and explore. Job Duties Include: -Disassembly/Prepping/Wrapping/Handling of Household Furniture -Packing Boxes -Loading and Unloading Moving Trucks/Trailers/ Shipping Containers (PODS/U-Hauls/Relo-Cubes, Freight Trailers, etc. On-site furniture shuffles, Heavy Items: Pianos, Hot Tubs, Safes, etc) Employees have full control of their schedule with us, they just communicate the days they are available on a weekly basis and take the days off that they want and need. We do value those who can work most weekends and morning shifts which can range anywhere from 2-8 hours. We have a strong and tightly knit crew. How you conduct yourself in front of clients and your teammates is equally as important as any physical attribute you may have. A+ customer service while maintaining solid job-flow can easily earn you an extra $5-$10+ per hour in tips alone from our happy clients. Entry level moving labor wage starts at $22.50/hour. If you are experienced and don't require as much training we can negotiate a higher starting wage. We also pay a Flat Travel Bonus per job ~$10-$20+ depending on location(s). Weekly Payroll. We are generous at offering raises quickly to people who earn them. First performance reviews happen within 3-4 weeks. Part-time job to start, 10-20 hours a week depending on your availability and that of our client's job-site requirements and skill sets needed. Earn your stripes and prove that you are trustworthy, dependable, eager to learn, on-time, clean/sober, ready to sweat and work hard and we will offer you more hours and higher wages. We are open 7 days/week Mon-Sun. Weekends and Mornings and Weekends are our busiest times and we value those who can work many Saturdays and Sundays. Most shifts are closer 1/2 days while other shifts require 8+ hours. Fuller time (25-35+ hours/week) opportunities available to those who want and can handle the work! This is not your average 9-to-5 but the perks add up proper even for part-timers. No employee is required to take out of town jobs but many of our crew members enjoy them. We will go anywhere a customer pays us to go.
