Building Maintenance position available in Yonkers. Compensation depending on experience. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: Complete general building cleaning and maintenance. Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed. Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building. Maintain trash and recycling receptacles. Maintain and repair heating systems as required. General electrical, plumbing and mechanical system repair a must. English speaking, working knowledge of spanish a plus. DESCRIPTION: The Shipping Assistant is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping customer orders with accuracy and efficiency. This role supports both the production and service teams by ensuring that outgoing orders meet company standards for quality, presentation, and timeliness. The Shipping Assistant plays a key role in maintaining smooth daily operations and delivering a positive customer experience. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Accurately pick, pack, and label orders for delivery and shipping. Ensure all outgoing shipments meet quality standards and order specifications. Maintain organization and cleanliness of shipping and storage areas. Assist in managing shipping materials and inventory, notifying management when supplies need replenishing. Coordinate with delivery services and internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines. Support additional tasks as needed to meet operational demands. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on one’s feet for an extended period of time. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects at once. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Accountability for order accuracy and timeliness. NYC DOH Food Handler’s Permit card and/or ServSafe certification is a plus.

We are looking for siding installers who have all their own tools -Applicants must have ; legal paperwork required (social, work visa, drivers license, etc) -Tasks required for this project are ; Cutting fiber cement siding, measuring, and screwing siding onto the building. -Size of this project is roughly 300 squares of siding and will last about 3+ months -Product being used is: Allura fiber cement panels. All materials are on site, and additional materials will be delivered. -We require all installers to have their own tools (saws, bags, drills, hammer, measuring tape, and all basic hand tools.) - Scaffolding is on site. Minor ladder work. - Must work well with others and listen to directions. - Must wear pants, boots, high visibility shirt or vest, and hard hat. Must have all safety equipment (safety glasses, gloves, etc.) -Looking for immediate hiring.
