Full-Time Janitor / Cleaning – Office & Warehouse $14 hr / 40hrs wk (Miami Gardens)

We are a manufacturing company seeking a reliable, hard-working full-time Janitor/Custodian to join our in-house team. This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment in our office spaces, warehouse areas, bathrooms, and common areas.
Job Responsibilities:
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout office and warehouse areas.
Wipe down desks, tables, and surfaces (not organizing, just cleaning).
Empty trash bins and dispose of garbage properly.
Clean and maintain bathrooms, sinks, and water faucets.
Wash and maintain glass doors, windows, and entrance areas.
Perform general janitorial duties to keep production and common areas neat.
Ensure a clean environment for staff and visitors.
Schedule & Hours:
Full-Time, Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (with a 30-minute lunch break)
40 hours per week
What We Provide:
All cleaning materials and supplies.
Stable, in-house employment with consistent hours.
Requirements:
Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
Must bring a valid driver’s license/ID and Social Security card.
Prior janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
Ability to lift trash bags and cleaning equipment as needed.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage (discussed during interview).
