Small fab shop looking for someone with mig experience to help fabricate, paint and install custom iron work. Pay commensurate with experience.

PKL Management LLC is a residential and multifamily builder headquartered in Providence RI. PKL is seeking a carpenter with ten or more years experience to join our team. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:  Regular attendance at assigned location that may include office or other project sites  Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs of clients  Measure, cut, install wood framing drywall, wood blocking, cabinets, flooring, trim, formwork, and other materials  Lifting and moving objects and construction materials intermittently or on a continuous basis. Demolition as required.  Use of lasers, measuring devices.  Experience in using power tools, saws, pump jack staging Must have a valid license and reliable transportation. Must be willing to travel within an 1hr 15 min of Providence. Bilingual: Spanish and English. Typical Hours: 7:00am-3:30am (overtime regularly offered)

Looking for an individuals to clean a business anytime on Saturday evening after 5pm or anytime throughout the evening as long as the job is completed before Sunday morning at 5am. Also needs to be cleaned Monday night after 5pm or throughout the night as long as the job is completed before Tuesday at 5 AM. Easy cleaning to include emptying trash, vacuuming rugs, floors,cleaning bathrooms, etc.. A key would be provided so a clean BCI is a must. This job is paid by a company check no cash. 6 hours per day so 12 hours per week.
