Equipment Operator I - Operates grounds maintenance equipment to maintain all turf and landscaped areas. Performs work involving the use of large rough mowing equipment including tractors with five pull gang unit, and two or four wheel drive five gang mowers. Operates all equipment attachments for the tractor including aeration, topdressing, verti-cutting, fertilizing and vacuuming operations. Operates backhoe, trencher and skid steer loader. Performs duties of an Operator II and Grounds Laborer as assigned. $22.47/hour. Equipment Operator II - Operates mowers to maintain greens, roughs, tees, and fairways. Operates five gang mowers, triplex mowers, walking mowers, and sand rakes, aerators, verticutters and top dressers. Performs duties of a Grounds Laborer as assigned. $21.07/hour Skills, knowledge, capabilities... Able to perform work out in the field in all types of weather. Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds and to follow oral and written instructions. Able to comply with company safety policies and procedures. Education/Experience... Completion of the 12th grade or equivalent, and 1 year of experience with similar work. Must have a valid drivers license and able to drive standard shift vehicles.
