The candidate will be responsible for but not limited to: • Produce and deliver timely, accurate, and comprehensive proposals. • Prepare and document quantity take-offs for materials and pricing. • Review and compare accurate job costs; perform job site visits as needed. • Evaluate bid documents and request material quotes. • Understand all pertinent bid documents • Assist in the pre-construction process upon project award and start-up. • Perform other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility to meet the needs of a growing company.
