ShareNit Noi Provisions – South Norwalk, CT We’re gearing up for a busy winter season and adding a bilingual Line Cook who’s comfortable working independently and as part of a team. If you love the pace of production, have solid Thai cooking equipment skills, and want to help craft our signature broths and dumplings for take‐out, and cook clean, restorative Thai food, we’d love to hear from you. What you’ll do: • Cook with Thai cooking equipment to produce • Cook clean, restorative Thai food following recipes and standards. consistent, high‐quality broths and dumplings to spec. • Set up, maintain, and break down stations; keep a clean, organized kitchen. • Follow food safety, sanitation, and prep standards. • Work solo during prep windows and collaborate closely during team production. • Help with events and cooking classes as scheduled. What we’re looking for: • Bilingual (English + another language). • Proven line cook experience; comfort with Thai cooking equipment required. • Reliable, punctual, and positive; able to take direction and give clear updates. • Able to lift up to ~40 lbs and stand for 7‐hour shifts. • ServSafe or equivalent is a plus (not required). Schedule & pay • Full‐time: ~40 hours/week, typically in 7‐hour shifts. • Training: first 2 days at $15/hour. • After training: $23/hour + tips. • Location: South Norwalk, CT.
