Description

I'm looking for someone to complete a number of tasks around our well establish garden. It will be general gardening related tasks and likely to be for approx. 1-4-days (could be more). Please have PRIOR experience in completing gardening work. I can supply all the tools and any other needs to get the work completed. If you prefer to use your tools, that is fine. The work would comprise: light trimming of bushes, raking stones to clean areas of debris, weeding various areas, spraying, and other items around this established garden. I am looking for someone who has "good" prior experience in having worked in an established garden. Tell me about some of your prior work experience and can you provide at least 2-references? Can you do the work this coming week? Message me back with your contact details and your "hourly" rate for this type of work. If needed, I will supply lunch and lots of bottled water if the days should get to be too hot! Maintenance and Repairs Perform daily maintenance tasks and diagnose/repair issues in various areas. Respond to maintenance requests promptly and professionally. Property and Amenity Maintenance Maintain pool, hot tub, and other amenities. Ensure safety and cleanliness of buildings and grounds. Maintain exterior property for curb appeal. Preventative Maintenance and Inspections Schedule and document preventative maintenance and apartment turns. Conduct regular inspections of common areas and equipment. Supervision and Coordination Supervise duties and outside contractors in the absence of the Maintenance Supervisor. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Safety and Compliance Assist with safety meetings and compliance with policies and regulations. Report potential liabilities and ensure property compliance. What You'll Need Education and Certifications High school diploma or equivalent required HVAC-EPA (Type II) or EPA Universal license is required. Certified Pool Operator (CPO) license strongly preferred. Associates hired without a CPO license will be required to obtain within 90 days of hire. Valid drivers license may be required. Hot Oil Truck Drivers Needed
We are hiring a Hot Oil Truck Operator to support oilfield service operations. This role involves safely transporting and handling heated oil at active oilfield job sites, following DOT regulations and company safety standards. A valid Class A CDL is required, and prior experience in oilfield or hot oil truck operations is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: • Safely operate a hot oil truck and associated equipment on active oilfield sites • Transport heated oil and other fluids in compliance with safety and environmental protocols • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections. • Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of assigned equipment. • Complete daily logs and required documentation accurately. • Assist with job site setup, cleanup, and general labor as needed. • Be available for occasional after-hours or emergency response work. Qualifications: • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) – Required • Driving experience – Preferred • 6+ months of hot oil truck and/or oilfield experience – Preferred • Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission trucks. • Must pass DOT drug and alcohol screening and a background check. • Must provide a current Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) • Hazmat and Tanker endorsements – Required (can be obtained within the 90-day probationary period) Physical Requirements: • Ability to lift 50 lbs or more regularly. • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions • Physically able to climb, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
