Previous experience in general labor, construction, or related fields is a plus. Ability to work in physically demanding environments and various weather conditions. Retrieving materials for job sites from van, shop or supply houses. Disposing of used materials. Digging, backfilling & compacting holes. Operating jackhammer for concrete/asphalt removal. Working under houses and inside of attics. Shop maintenance including sweeping, mowing, pruning, disposing of garbage. Assisting with vehicle maintenance and repairs, washing vehicles, changing oil etc. Requirements: Must have a clean CA driver's license. Must be 18 years of age or older.
