RESPONSIBILITIES: -Vehicle Management: Park new, used, and service vehicles in designated areas and move them between the parking lot, showroom, and service areas. -Parking Lot Organization: Keep the parking lot clean, organized, and free of debris. -Vehicle Presentation: Clean vehicles, including vacuuming interiors and washing exteriors, to prepare them for customer delivery and sale. -Inventory and Parking Flow: Assist with vehicle inventory and key management, and manage vehicle flow within the parking area. -Vehicle Service: Receive transport vehicles and provide necessary services to prepare vehicles for sale. -Facility Maintenance: Perform general cleaning and maintenance of parking areas and dealership buildings. ****Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record!!!!**** REQUIREMENTS: -Excellent attention to detail to maintain the appearance and organization of vehicles and the parking lot. -Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and dealership staff. The right candidate for this position will be able to work well with others and individually on projects and accept instruction from ownership where needed. This position requires traveling 2 to 4 days a week all over the pacific Northwest.. RESPONSIBILITIES Under the direction of ownership the Installer will be in charge of all aspects related to installation, perform a variety of tasks including scheduling, loading, communication with accounts and helping oversee all aspects relating to installing. Applicant should have working knowledge of table saw, line boring machine, and a variety of hand tools, impact drill, sanders, routers, etc. This position may require you to operate a company vehicle where you will need to have a clean driving record and experience pulling a trailer. Installers often work nights with travel away from Bend several days a week. Experience is preferred but not required. This could be a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate. And an excellent position for an experienced cabinet maker or installer to display their skills! Must be reliable and able arrive to work on time, follow directions, take accurate measurements, follow all safety protocols, and complete tasks within established deadlines.
