About the Role: We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across a large multi-family residential portfolio. Qualifications: - 3–5 years minimum experience in property management or maintenance supervision. - Proficiency with AppFolio (or similar property management software). - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Bilingual (Spanish/English preferred). - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. - Good attitude, helpful, and easy to work with — able to build positive relationships with staff, vendors, and tenants. - Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
