APARTMENT CLEANER (Bellingham, WA)

24-40 Hours Per Week – Flexible Schedule Starting wage $18.75 - 21/hour - Depending on experience. Location: Bellingham, WA We are seeking a motivated and reliable cleaner to work at least 24 hours per week. This is a Monday – Friday position with some schedule flexibility, no need to work evenings or weekends! This position will perform housekeeping services at multi-family apartment communities. This is not a customer facing position. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude and an eye for detail. Experience is not required, we are willing to train the right person. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO: - Detailed cleaning of vacant apartments, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing kitchens and bathrooms. - Cleaning common areas such as offices, bathrooms, clubhouse, gym, sauna, pool area. - Duties include outdoor work such as litter pick up and curb appeal tasks. - Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. - Able to pass a background check. - Must have reliable transportation - Must be reliable, punctual, and have a good work ethic. - Must be able to work independently and with a team. - Able to work at least 24 hours per week. - Must be able to stand, reach, lift, kneel, climb stairs or ladders, and move continuously throughout shift. - Must follow all company’s policies and procedures.
