You cannot train, mentor, and refine processes effectively if you don’t know the work yourself (possibly up to 90 days)* -Flexibility to handle tough, hands-on jobs—sometimes hot, dirty, and physically demanding. What We Offer: -Competitive compensation that reflects leadership and contribution. -Direct impact on company operations, culture, and future. -Growth into UPSI’s employee-owned future—where ownership and responsibility are rewarded. -Comprehensive benefits after 6 months of employment. How to Apply Qualified candidates should submit a resume and cover letter that highlight: -Leadership and operational experience. -Examples of taking ownership and driving team success. -Your vision for making a measurable impact within UPSI, along with your personal financial and career goals. If you are ready to step into a role where your efforts truly matter—where you can demonstrate responsibility, leadership, and ownership—UPSI is the place to start and grow your career and if you are only seeking a paycheck, this is not the opportunity for you.
